Shipping & Delivery
At the moment, we only ship domestically to locations in Hong Kong.

We fulfill orders every Saturday. From there on, domestic shipping will normally take up to 5 business days.
In special cases, please note that delivery time may be delayed during peak holiday seasons, or due to other unforeseen global shipping challenges (e.g., natural disasters).
Shipping to all Hong Kong locations are HKD 35 for each order. We offer free shipping for orders above HKD 600.

Warranty
All our products are subject to strict quality control. Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
If there are any manufacturer defects on your product, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will arrange for a suitable soluion. You may refer to the instructions under our Refunds & Exchanges policy.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Yes, we offer full refunds in the form of cash vouchers, which can be used as store credit.
We do not provide cash refunds for return orders and delivery fees or tax paid, if any, will not be refunded.

We do not offer any exchanges at the moment. If you would like to exchange the product for another, please raise a refund request. Once the cash voucher has been sent to you, you may use the voucher in your next purchase.
A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the package.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with all product tags and labels attached. The product must also be returned in its original packaging, such as microfibre dustbags.

Shipping costs associated with returns will be at your own cost.
Log into your account using the email you used in the original purchase. You can raise a refund request online by clicking into the order.

When returning the order, make sure the products are placed back into their original microfibre dustbag, and securely cushioned. Please ensure that the return box or envelope is also securely fashioned.
Refunds will be processed 7-10 days after we have received the return package, and will be issued in the form of cash vouchers sent to your email account.
